General Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of purchase. We will be more than happy to offer a no-quibble refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. We would love to know the reason for the return and would be grateful if you could note it when you return the item. This will not affect your statutory rights.

Making Returns

For UK Orders:
Please enclose your name, address and order number within the parcel and don't forget to collect a receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage. Some Royal Mail post offices may question our returns address being so concise however, we can assure you this is a valid freepost address and your parcel will make it's way back to us.  

Occasionally we have been informed that the Post Offices require a postcode, Turtle Doves would like to reiterate that this is not the case, and may come from a lack of training by the Royal Mail. 

We should just point out this is not a 'signed for' or 'tracked' service and your item won't be insured if you are sending an item back and you require a guaranteed service such as special delivery then this will have to be at your own expense.

For International Orders:

  • You will require your order number and the email address used to place your order.
  • If you did not enter an email address or do not know it please contact our customer services team.
  • We only offer refunds and not exchanges.

Christmas Gifts Returns

If you have been lovely enough to buy any of our products as Christmas presents this year, the returns policy will cover your purchase until 28 days after December 25th. If products are returned please enclose the order number and your full contact details so that we can make sure your refund goes to the right place.

SALE & OFFER Returns Policy

Items purchased as part of a SALE may be returned, but this must be within 14 days of purchase. Please get in touch as soon as you find out that you wish to make a return.  If you qualify for a free item during one of our promotions, and you wish to make a return which renders the free gift discount null and void - the free gift will also need to be returned.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for UK customers.

You can request an exchange or a refund within 28 days of receiving your order.

To process an exchange or return, we will require the original order number. If the item was given to you as a gift, the details of the person who placed the order are required to retrieve this information.

We can only offer like-for-like exchanges (same item at the same price).

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, you will need to go through our returns process and then start a new order for the replacement.

When returning an item for an exchange or a refund, please include your order number and a note explaining the reason for your return.
