General Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of purchase. We will be more than happy to offer a no-quibble refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. We would love to know the reason for the return and would be grateful if you could note it when you return the item. This will not affect your statutory rights.

Making Returns

For International Orders:

• You will require your order number and the email address used to place your order.
• If you did not enter an email address or do not know it please contact our customer services team.
• We only offer refunds and not exchanges.

Christmas Gifts Returns

If you have been lovely enough to buy any of our products as Christmas presents this year, the returns policy will cover your purchase until 28 days after December 25th. If products are returned please enclose the order number and your full contact details so that we can make sure your refund goes to the right place.

SALE Returns Policy

Items purchased as part of a SALE may be returned, but this must be within 7 days of purchase. Please get in touch as soon as you find out that you wish to make a return.

Exchange Policy

We are able to offer an exchange for your order, for UK customers only. Please return your unwanted item to us along with your order number and a note of the product you would like to exchange it for within 14 days of purchase.
