The Studio

We strongly believe our working environment isn’t just about work. It’s also about socialising, learning, health and mental wellbeing. Our main purpose is to support our employees to the best of our ability. We offer flexible working hours to enable our colleagues to carry out caring responsibilities for their families.

Along with our busy Shropshire studio, we have a wonderful team of self-employed seamstresses who work from home and can produce as many recycled items as they are comfortable with. We operate project teams of people from different departments tasked with finding opportunities for continuous improvement and developing new business opportunities; we also provide training and equipment for new seamstresses.
