Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of purchase. Items purchased as part of a sale may be returned, but this must be within 14 days of purchase. We will be more than happy to offer a no-quibble refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. We would love to know the reason for the return and would be grateful if you could note it when you return the item. This will not affect your statutory rights.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER (UK ONLY)
1. Fill in the returns form that comes with your parcel including the return reason code.
Detach and include the form with your returned item. Pack item(s) you would like to return.
2. Create your free returns label / barcode at royalmail.com/returns selecting Turtle Doves as your retailer.
3. Now you can either: Download your returns label and print it at home (Royal Mail will also email it to you) or Royal Mail can print the label for you and collect from your house free of charge.
Take the email with the QR code on your smart device and your packaged item to the Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point (CSP). They will scan the QR code and print the label for you. If you choose a CSP, check before you go that it can print labels. Please go to royalmail.com/services-near-you and look for ‘Label printing service is available’ under 'facilities'.
4. Apply the returns label to the largest side of your item. Please make sure you don't place any tape over the barcode so it can be easily scanned.
5. Drop your item at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point. A proof of posting should be obtained which will enable you to track your parcel online at royalmail.com. Please make a note of the unique tracking number printed on your label as without this we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
It can take up to 14 days for us to process your refund once we receive your returned item(s).

HOW TO RETURN INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- You will require your order number and the email address used to place your order.
- If you did not enter an email address or do not know it please contact our customer services team.
- We only offer refunds and not exchanges.
CHRISTMAS GIFTS RETURNS
If you have been lovely enough to buy any of our products as Christmas presents this year, the returns policy will cover your purchase until 28 days after December 25th. If products are returned please enclose the order number and your full contact details so that we can make sure your refund goes to the right place.
